NHL Playoff Pool Rules
Duration
The NHL Playoff Pool spans the entire NHL playoff season, starting with the first game of the playoffs and ending with the last game of the Stanley Cup Finals.
Team Format
There is no draft. Simply select your roster as described below:
Each team will consist of twelve (12) NHL players:
- 2 Centers (C)
- 2 Left Wings (LW)
- 2 Right Wings (RW)
- 4 Defensemen (D)
- 2 Goalies (G)
Entry Deadline
All rosters must be submitted by the start of the first game of the NHL playoffs. No further roster adjustments will be allowed even for players whose games start at a later time.
This will be your roster for the duration of the playoffs. There will not be any changes, substitutions, or free-agent pickups for any reason once rosters are locked at the start of the NHL playoffs. As NHL teams get knocked out of the playoffs, so will your players, so draft your team accordingly.

In the event of a tie between multiple teams, the prize money will be combined and evenly divided between the tied teams.
Scoring System
Scoring rules below. Contest runs from the first game of the NHL playoffs thru the Stanley Cup Finals. Each game's score will be added to your team's total which will accumulate for the duration of the contest.

Leaderboard
All teams will be placed in an Overall Leaderboard which will accumulate fantasy points for the duration of the contest. All teams begin the contest with a zero score.
Each game's score will be added to your team's total and the Stanley Cup Finals will count as DOUBLE the points. Teams with the highest accumulated point total after the Stanley Cup Finals will be the winners.
All rosters will be made public after the start of the first playoff game.
