Welcome to the College Basketball Pick 6 Pool (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

By creating an account and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

5. Entry Submissions

By creating entries in the College Basketball Pick 6 Pool:

  • You agree to abide by the rules of the pool as described on the website
  • You understand that entries cannot be modified after the tournament begins
  • You accept that the scoring system is as described in the rules
  • You understand that you may create multiple entries, each subject to the same rules

6. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to parts of the Service not intended for you
  • Use automated means or processes to access or use the Service without our explicit permission
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the College Basketball Pick 6 Pool and its licensors.
